Nokia N95 New Firmware Released!

I just found out when Nokia’s PC Suite notified me with an update of their software. Nokia made the new firmware available couple of weeks ago and is only available for the European and Asian version of the N95.
The new Nokia N95 firmware update version 21.0.016 is ready to download (around 118mb) and install with Nokia Software Update utility. You can also visit the nearest Nokia Service center to request for an upgrade if you’re not comfortable on updating your phone on your own.

I have been using Mac OS personally ever since I bought a Macbook. I thought that it would be nice to learn a new OS other than Windows and Unix-type. It’s almost a year since I startedusing it and there’s only one thing I can say, Mac OS can never win against Windows because of one thing, user friendliness.

My brother sent me clips and I don’t even have an idea what it was as first. I though it was one of those blooper videos being forwarded by people through email. So what is it?
Dead Fantasy is a fan made masterpiece of Monty Oum, a short action pack video combining characters mainly from Final Fantasy and Dead or Alive. This guy is one very talented animator in my opinion. From what I’ve seen, this is one of the best video clip I have ever seen considering that its a fan made video.

Converting a file like an mpeg video to a quicktime file can be a pain specially if you don’t have the proper software to do the task. Normally you have to download one, or two, sometimes three utilities just to convert a file to a format you like. If only we can avoid this hassle just to convert a file to a different format.

Lo and behold, Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath is already on their shelves ready for my picking. As an avid RTS fan like myself, I quickly asked the saleslady if I can have one and lucky me they still have one on stock.

What is TagBux ?
TagBux is a Web 2.0 application developed through Open Source technologies (Java EE and Wordpress) and patterned from social networking applications such as Shelfari. It lets you use tags to assign labels to books and was designed to test the accuracy of tagging as compared to the subject headings assigned to books. The library collection that was chosen for this study is the Philippine Science High School (PSHS) Diliman Library. Through this study, library users will be able to discover the popular topics or genres in a library’s collection through the frequencies of tags.
